Whilst our Botanical Bath Soaks are natural, they may still contain ingredients that aren't compatible with your skin. Pure essential oils and botanical extracts are a force of nature.

If this is your first time using this product and especially if you are prone to skin sensitivities, we recommend patch testing before use. This can be done by creating a mini soak and applying a small amount of the infused water to your forearm and waiting 24 hours to see if irritation occurs. If it does, please discontinue use. If irritation persists, we recommend consulting your medical practitioner.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you may want to speak with your health care practitioner for further guidance before using products that contain essential oils.

CAUTION: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact does occur, rinse thoroughly with saline. If irritation continues, seek medical advice.

Sprinkle 4-5 tablespoons into a warm bath or use the muslin pouches supplied like a teabag for your bath!

Allow salts to dissolve then soak in bath for at least 20 minutes to enjoy the full benefits.

If you don’t have a bath, fear not. Our soaks are just as beneficial when used in a foot bath. Simply pour 1-2 tablespoons into a foot tub (a broad based bucket will do) with warm water, soak and relax.
